Health. One of those things you don't know you have until it's lost.
I've been suffering from severe back pains for a month now, and am now on a medication that makes me feel a bit dizzy from time to time, but I don't care as long as they make me better. That remains to be seen. At the moment I can't sit because it hurts, walking hurts, moving my arms hurts and because of my dizziness I can't sing or speak while walking or standing up because that results in irregular breathing. *Sigh* Going from healthy to being in constant pain has opened my eyes and made me appreciate the good moments even more. I know I will be taking better care of myself once I get my back sorted, that is, if I get it sorted. Nothing, especially not health, should be taken for granted.

It is so super important to take care of ourselves and our bodies and minds as long as they are working properly to make us strong and durable and able to survive different kinds of traumas we encounter in life. Feeling good and eating healthy often also results in looking radiant and beautiful! My friend got really sick a couple of years ago and lost quite a lot of her hair in the process which of course made her sad even though it seemed like a minor thing compared to still being alive. A couple of weeks ago she told me she'd been taking biotin supplements to make her hair grow back, and that after using them for three months she saw a change in the health of her hair. It was growing back, with shorter, new hairs growing and sticking out amongst her longer strands. I thought it sounded so amazing, I wanted to do a little research of my own on the web and perhaps try something for my hair, too!
After reading quite a lot about the subject on Internet I found that vitamins and even drugs are a lot cheaper elsewhere when ordered online. And just in time, I found Canada drug pharmacy who seems great and has many things to offer for someone in the area. Then I remembered that I'd have to pay taxes to get my stuff into the country. Now asking, do you ladies know any good biotin supplements (like Priorin caps) that are sold and shipped within the European Union? It would be so cool to get vitamins and stuff (that are really expensive here) for less by ordering them online! So many products are made in Europe and cost about 5 times as much here as in Germany, for example.
